I liked the willingness of the staff to assist. I speak very little Spanish, and the staff were proficient enough in English to assist me, giving me advice on places to shop, and accurate directions to places I wanted to go too.
There seemed to be sparodic banging of doors by hotel guests throughout the night, and into the early hours.

Thoughtful staff, welcoming services, and excellent location really close to the shopping streets or a traditional market, and the center of a large City.

This hotel provides great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location in the city center makes it convenient for exploring the downtown area. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities and some even have balconies. Additionally, the breakfast offered is delicious and satisfying.
No issues whatsoever, everything was perfect.

Very attentive and helpful personnel. Nice "authentic" interior design.
No view to outside, entrance at an unpleasant street, no air conditioning with lack of fresh air due to hotel's central location. Very poor noise insulation. Anyway, 50 euros per night for a double room is a reasonable price even with all that discomfort. Good for low budget travellers although not acceptable for those looking at least standard comfort hotel.

Good sized, clean room with small balcony in a very convenient location. Close to bus station but also close to main tourist area, shops, restaurants etc
Road outside a bit noisy - but what do you expect in a town. A couple of chairs on the balcony would have been nice.

The location in the heart of the city, for one. Fast Internet connection, (in all of the rooms), honest staff, they speak English and are very professional.

Lovely romantic escape! Close to downtown and easily accessible to public transportation. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast included a variety of options and tasted delicious! The room had a homely feel and the bed was very comfortable.
The bathroom was a bit old and could use some updating. The traffic noise outside could be heard in the room.
